• Our physicians have a strict policy concerning all of the Rx Max Staff, which adhere to the strict standards for patient confidentiality set by the American Medical Association.
• We will not release any personally identifying information to anyone unless mandated by federal or state laws. All information provided is protected by all patient/physician privacy laws.
• Rx Max will not sell or otherwise share any of the information you submit (including your e-mail address) with anyone and you will not receive unsolicited correspondence from us.
• Secure server information including your consultation form, as well as, your credit card information will be secure-server-encrypted by the most sophisticated technologies available today.
• All medication is shipped in a plain, nondescript package with no indication of the contents.
